FIELD SUPPORT TECHS (Northern, VA)

Duties/Responsibilities: on-site computer support for windows-based PC's, troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues; networking; systems repair and upgrades; software upgrade and installation.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills, must be motivated, Minimum CompTIA A+ certification or one of the following: Network +, MCP, or MCSE; knowledge of networking, wiring, PC troubleshooting; professional, customer-oriented work ethic; valid driver's license; willingness to market and promote service.
